I have called the Willard clinic for over a year trying to get in. I tried again today and spoke with an incredibly rude woman ( as has always been the case in the past as well) She told me they were not accepting new patients. I wound up calling an assistance Cox line and was told that is not the case. They ARE accepting new patients. The people that work at the Willard clinic should NOT be working there if they are too lazy to do their jobs properly. The staff at CoxHealth Willard is the absolute BEST!! Everyone truly cares about the patients, listens to you, offers solutions, even makes followup calls. Emily and Darlena have been outstanding in the care of my husband during and after his covid related illness. Thank you!

Was misdiagnosed and got more sick. New doctor was like how this happen. Stay away from this clinic.
