Never have to wait for appt. All staff members are helpful and friendly. Nurse practitioner, Deedra is caring and concerned.
Refusing to fill my prescription because I have see the doctor for no good reason except it's a new guy, and pay money I don't have to get it renewed. Good thing I'm not a heart patient. Why didn't they tell me this when I renewed it last month? Is everyone going to have to see the new doctor.? Way to generate revenue...
I really liked the Care I WAS given here. I became unable to afford medical care and was not able to continue with appointments. Now I am insured again, and can afford to see a Dr for my Diabetes and such.. I'm informed that "You were removed from the Practice".. I was also informed that I'm not eligible to be a patient in the future..
I use Dr. Hughes as my primary . She and her staff are great . Seems to go over and above her call of duty to help . My family really likes her bedside manner .
