Poor communication. I called today after reviewing my blood work on MyChart. The recommendations were for me to begin thyroid medication and follow up blood work in a week. When I called the pharmacy the medication had not been called in. Called the Cox Health office of Dr. Lawrence Dybedock and was told by Donna she would give my message to a nurse who would call me back.
