The building is now Elevated Health Care.
Receptionist was nice and friendly but the doctor and nurse were very degrading. They did not care about my feelings at all. If you have Chronic health conditions and are on a lot of medications don't waste your time going to this clinic especially if you are young with chronic conditions! One star is very generous.
