Dr Davis listens to you when you have medical issues and answers questions accordingly I really appreciate her and the understanding she has when it comes to my health
Horrible communication we reached out to them twice trying to see what Insurance was accepted they told us independent. It would not tell us who or who not they were in network with just for me to show For an appointment and then tell me that they don’t accept the insurance why they couldn’t tell me this before I enrolled with this insurance company. I don’t understand. I’ve tried to reach out to other departments for other reasons with little to know response.
This hospital is awful. I have left crying multiple times. I have a serious illness and Migraines. I can go blind with this condition. I have Idiopathic intercranial hypertension and Hemiplegic Migraines. Two of the ER doctors have been accusatory of me just wanting opiates. I never asked for opiates, I asked for help. I'm not going back. I get treated horribly. I stopped taking opiates in 2015! Ten years ago. I stopped them myself. I however will take them after a surgery or when nothing else works. The new Dr. Cavinis is someone to brag about but could use better support staff. Had to involve 6 people over 2 days to get a yes or no for something that would take only a few minutes. Had to keep nudging to get a callback. This is not new and has been typical for months if not years. As others say, the phone system is silly as you have to hack the # 1 to get a person.
