The new Dr. Cavinis is someone to brag about but could use better support staff. Had to involve 6 people over 2 days to get a yes or no for something that would take only a few minutes. Had to keep nudging to get a callback. This is not new and has been typical for months if not years. As others say, the phone system is silly as you have to hack the # 1 to get a person. Horrible service
Doctor Davis is a wonderful doctor. So is her staff. I have never been rushed though my appointments. She asks questions. She has a 2 way conversation, not dictate. Dr. Davis is the primary care doctor I've been looking for. I would highly recommend her.
Came in today to establish new patient care with Dr. Davis. I really didn't know what to expect, beings my family and I had seen the same Dr for 20+yrs prior. Dr.Whitney is super cool and down to earth as they get. Exactly who I had hoped she would be. Easy to talk to and seems very intrested in helping patients. She also spoke to my son and asked questions pertaining to his health and well being as well. Very thorough and caring person is who we found. I hope she stays here in Cassville!!
