I had a ultrasound done here, with a referral. I need a copy of it and so far I have come three separate times to get copies and they are always out of the office. I have submitted the paperwork for them to mail it to my doctor and they lost that paperwork apparently. Also i did not use insurance and paid out of my pocket for it, and they sent me another bill even though I already paid.
I called to check on prices for a C.T. and was given a price. I made the appointment and paid in full before the procedure. They started sending me bills trying to extort more money. I tried to explain it several times to no avail. They are very corrupt and unethical. Thanks Chris
