Front desk guy/receptionist is delusional, calls himself the owner. Needs to work on control issues and on building communication skills.
Not a good place to do business with.
Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Never again will I return to this place. I DO NOT recommend coming here save your money and TIME!
Very happy with the service and result. I had a failure in my motorhome in the midst of a nation wide trip and was fortunate to fine this team waiting for the opportunity to repair it. They were quick to replace the transmission and quite frankly to RV has never run better.
Buyer beware, they say “free diagnosis” and when I took my Jeep in they said it probably just needed a new transmission pan, which was simple. After they took it apart, they said I needed a new transmission for $3,000. If I chose not to get, I would be responsible for $750 in labor for them to put back together. It took them a week to replace and it stalled on me 2 days later. Took another week for them to give me a different diagnosis this time.
