Update on headlight repair: Cox wanted $850 for headlight ballast part and $400 for installation. I decided to pass on the $1250 cost and used a local mechanic and the identical part sold on Amazon. Total expense? $200! How do these guys sleep at night? I've owned Toyotas since my new '79 Corolla. I doubt I'll buy another one-especially from Cox. This expirence was alright Savannah helped me out tremendously with getting my starter replaced. Even though other problems came up which were addressed she made sure proper compensation was rendered to soften the blow.
