Savannah, arranged for my car to be serviced after I was told no. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. I will make sure I use her at Cox Toyota in Burlington in the future. The maintenance on my car is superb.

Shakierah provided excellent customer service in the service department. She made sure i was kept up to date on the service of my car and even showed me some issues before it was even taken to the back. She worked with me on getting the best pricing, so I didn't feel like I was being "robbed". I will absolutely work with her again in the future!
My experience has been great .I was a loyal Ford customer for over 12 years. Every time I went there, there was an attitude or problem or even sitting there for way over 1-2 hours. I am so glad my children convinced me to go to Cox toyota.
