All staff are always wonderful. Caring, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. The service is timely with minimal waiting time.
Our cat suddenly became unwell and I rang Grampians Vet. They had never seen our cat before but they got him in straight away and determined very quickly that he needed help. They were so friendly, reassuring and professional, they talked us through everything including all of our options for him. They allowed us to visit him after his surgery and bring him things from home that made his stay more comfortable. I had the best experience at Grampian Vets today, especially with this particular nurse holding my dog mini moo. Mini had a big operation today and my only request for when she woke up was to have lots of kisses and cuddles until I got there and that’s exactly what she got 🥹 thank you so much to all the staff who looked after her today, you all made the process so seemingly easy. Mini is relaxing in bed now with her favourite treats xx
