20 people sitting waiting in line and 5 employees are standing around doing nothing not taking customers. No one greets you when you walk in. I’ve had great experience with other COX services, not in person at this location. Truly, if I could give zero stars I would. 45 minute wait and then high pressure sales pitch.

Conner at 301 E Bell Rd saved the day, my sanity, & my health after an awful experience with a chat representative while trying to move my service plan to my new home. He solved the problem in less than 5 minutes!

This store is very dysfunctional. I went to this store 5/21/2026 to exchange a pw6 modem. Entering the store, I found three different groups of employees working with three customers. Of the six employees helping three customers, three employees were visiting with the customer while three were working with the customer. Meanwhile four of us customers were waiting for help. Once Eric came to help me with my return/exchange he did not credit my account. VERY POOR managed store and VERY POOR Working procedures.

As a company cox is by far the worst company to get internet access they have so many apartments in an agreement so you can choose cox. I was in the hospital and ended up getting evicted so I haven’t been there to even watch tv. COX REFUSES TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK FOR A SERVICE I DIDNT GET TO USE.
