Don't trust Spectrum! My Husband has been on the phone with them for 4 hours 4 hangups make that 5 1 guy telling him he isnt who he says he is. He has talked to at least 12 people.. no resolution.

It's bad enough that I can't even walk in the store after one of the employees' wives decided to call me cause he had given me a business card to deal with him directly and my number was in his personal phone then he was hitting on me and acting like he was single and they still kept him on even after I went through management ...but to get a flyer in the mail from the new transition to Spectrum for $30 even just for the year would be a break all the while you're paying $75 a month as it is cause you're stuck cause there's n... read more

Just for your info if you go to return your equipment, you sign in at the front door and then after you’ve been here for 30 minutes, somebody will come up and tell you that it’s another hour before they can take your equipment back and to go to a FedEx store instead. So glad I left this company. I got Internet now through Starlink much cheaper better customer service.

Was told my cable was hooked up to my apartment so I could just go home and plug in my Internet box I have no service I tried calling 800 877 # & the store was on hond for half an hour then just hung up so I have a Internet box but no service
