sales reps will attempt to scam you by saying you NEED the $80/$100+ dollar plan, claiming you cannot “stream” on any plan lower than that. i have two laptops, two tv’s, and two phones in my home. never had an issue on the $50 plan, as expected, despite what i was told by their salespeople. EXCEPT when they have neighborhood outages, which is often. if this happens, dont attempt to connect with their customer service. they will not help. sadly, i don’t have any option besides cox as they have a monopoly over my building. but... read more
Absolute garbage internet and assistance. One of the worst companies Ive ever interacted with. Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
Friendly staff and I was helped very quickly on returning some hardware.
Owen was amazing! Super helpful and made sure to get us the best deal possible. Would highly recommend this location! Go in person, the process is so easy and quick.
