Customer service at this location is rude and makes you feel like they're doing you a favor.
EDIT: Just adding that even returning the modem after canceling service is difficult and time consuming. Tried to return it in person and I would've had to check in, wait in line, and go through a process with an agent. Literally everyone is busy. What possible reason is there to make this process anything other than a simple drop off? Waste of time. I left and will try the UPS option. Went in with the issue of my smart cameras not connecting. I've spent countless hours calling both Cox & the camera company to no avail. Today I went into this store with the objective of cancelling my service and switching companies. Keia with some input from Robert, was able to diagnose & correct my issue in under 30 mins to keep my business. Give this place 0 stars if I could. The worst place you could ever do business with. They do not care either. Avoid if at all possible.
