The worse company to deal with. They also raise prices every couple months and only give deals to new customers. Their tech support is one of the worst, while you're trying to get help to get services back up from an outage they peddle their mobile phone service. Why would want to have cell phone with you when your Internet is always having issues? Incompetent people

This is the worst cable company on the planet. The constant outages, the insane lying from every aspect of the company, the malpractice of fake fees. Recently the Internet has went out for longer than 8 hours, they told us over text that the net would be restored by 1:20am. It is now 9:00am with no word of progress, just another lie from cox. My friend and I came here to set up wifi in her apartment. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially since we didn’t know what we were doing. Had a great experience!!!
