We waited a while to even get spoken to after signing up with their kiosk. Not enough sitting area for everyone, so we had to stand the whole time. The employees keep interrupting each other. At one point one of the employees took a personal phone call in front of us. After wasting so much time, advertising other services, and dropping the box once, the employee tells us we need to bring in the other cable box.
