I just moved to norman and needed wifi set up ASAP. Headed to this store location and dwayne was instantly helpful. was in and out within 10 minutes and got my wifi set up at home within 2 minutes!

We've had internet and home phone for a number of years. Prices continued to rise and after a 2 hour phone call with the retention department we got signed up with a mobile line, that we didn't want, to receive a discount which despite the offer actually increased our monthly bill higher than before the promotion. Cancelled service two weeks later. Came in to return equipment and while waiting in queue, two individuals that checked in AFTER I did were called up for service.
