Went to switch my phone from AT&T to Spectrum and had a phenomenal retail experience. I was met at the door by a wonderful employee named Brandi, and she expedited the process for me from start to finish. My old phone would not sync with the network so I was forced to buy a new phone but they gave me 700 bucks as a trade in for my phone and that was what I initially paid for it so that was a nice perk and kept the balance lower than initially expected with the purchase of a new cellular device. Very disappointed, was scheduled for a tech to come, I'm home all day and no one showed up. They cancelled the appointment, They lied and said they came and now I have to wait another day for another tech to come. They obviously were not at the right house because I've been watching for them to come since the time they said. Very disappointed in cox. Jason who answered the phone this time was super nice and helpful.

Worst wifi I've ever had. The service is way to expensive to be paying for wifi that doesn't even work 4 times out of the week. The wifi is constantly lagging and slow. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I have constantly had workers come out to "fix" the wifi but nothing ever helps. Definitely would NOT recommend.
