Very disappointed, was scheduled for a tech to come, I'm home all day and no one showed up. They cancelled the appointment, They lied and said they came and now I have to wait another day for another tech to come. They obviously were not at the right house because I've been watching for them to come since the time they said. Very disappointed in cox. Jason who answered the phone this time was super nice and helpful.
Worst wifi I've ever had. The service is way to expensive to be paying for wifi that doesn't even work 4 times out of the week. The wifi is constantly lagging and slow. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I have constantly had workers come out to "fix" the wifi but nothing ever helps. Definitely would NOT recommend.
THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE U CAN GET. ONE DAY WORKS FINE THE OTHER IS JUST ABSOLUTE TRASH!! EVERY WEEK THERE IS SOMETHIGN WRONG WITH THIS INTERNET.
