Was in and out without a hassle, got my modem swapped out for one that isn’t hanging on the edge of death and they got it configured with the new info and it was ready to go the second it came up when I installed it at home. I believe Jason assisted me and he was kick ass. Also, his mustache is fantastic so if you see someone with a sick stache assisting you, you know you’re in good hands.

I had Cox installed in 2018. Kelon has been very friendly and helped me back then and throughout my time with Cox. Keep it up Kelon.
We had 3 or 4 cable boxes of old equipment attached to our home that we don't use. I called this store and the attendant was very friendly and set up an appointment to have someone come out the following day. The young man was punctual, very polite and took care of everything. He walked me through the items he removed and wanted to make sure there wasn't anything he had missed. I wish I would have gotten his name, I hope he gets a raise.
