We had 3 or 4 cable boxes of old equipment attached to our home that we don't use. I called this store and the attendant was very friendly and set up an appointment to have someone come out the following day. The young man was punctual, very polite and took care of everything. He walked me through the items he removed and wanted to make sure there wasn't anything he had missed. I wish I would have gotten his name, I hope he gets a raise.

Was assured that everything was fine, address had no issues and that if I wanted to do the self install kit that would be the simplest quickest way to get up and running, that or spend 100 bucks for a tech to come out in 4-5 days Followed all the directions, light blinked for almost 2 hours still no connection Contacted chat support, got a hold of a "technician" ( basically someone who just tells you to unplug and plug it back in) Then he proceeded to tell me that eh your screwed basically you need to pay 100 for a tech to c... read more

Cox is way overpriced service and their staff is friendly until you tell them you're cancelling service.
