Spectrum is ridiculous! Cox used to be great ! I have decided to keep my internet. The phone . I am cancelling that because spectrum is unreal. They suck !
Great service got a new phone & service for a year
Not even sure how I am able to rate this a 1 star because my internet is out
I have had the worst journey with this company. I have tried to reset my password a billion times and not luck, I still can’t log in. The website is a joke, you can try to fix the issue on your own and it still won’t work. Also I have to reset my router every couple of days. You get what you pay for here….Don’t do it. Ending my service as soon as my contract is up.
The associate named Robert was absolutely wonderful. What a great experience!
