I would never use them again. They charged you 70.00 to have some come help you got and 10.00 amonth if you only need them one time a year. Gave them one time to prove there self and they blow it. Other providers do it for free. Everyone should leave this company.
I've had a shockingly good customer service experience here. Both Carlos and Jen have been particularly helpful!!!!!!
Carlos helped answer all my questions. He explained in detail on what my issue might be with the device. He immediately got me a new modem to replace a very old one. My issue with modem inconsistencies is fixed. Thanks.
Shame on Cox for what you’ve done to my parents. Overcharging them for outdated 2016 equipment is pure greed and completely unacceptable. Absolutely pathetic service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dying business model.
