Fast in and out. Service was quick and friendly.
Rude customer service
They do not provide receipts of returned devices. I then tried to take a picture of the device in question and one of employees got physical with me as evidenced by the motion blurr in the photo attached. Very unfortunate that cox policies encourages employees to feel as though they need to be physical with a customer during the termination of service. I will not name the employee involved as I believe the blame falls on cox and their policies not in the employee.
Worthless company and even worse services better off going to att at least when they over charge you for outdated internet its stable unlike cox as a company refuse to compensate for several months of spotty service and random outage when there's nothing that happens in my area
Its so crazy to get on here and see reviews about the same exact person I was going to mention in my review. Jen is horrible. Any reaction I have had with her has been nothing but negative. Once she messed up on my bill payment and caused issues. She also lied to me recently about my phone part if my bill and my services and had an attitude.
