Uriel was amazing with helping me get internet set up in my apartment! Made the process quick and easy as a new customer and answered any and all questions I had! Had my internet up and running the same day I went in!
There was no line. I was the only customer at the time.
An absolute joke. Paying $100/mo for unlimited data and Internet has been out in my region for 3-7 hours almost daily for weeks. I call for support and told to spend even MORE money for tech support and backup Internet? Google Fiber is coming to Vegas and I can't wait to switch and campaign everyone I know to switch from this terrible provider who pretends to care, but clearly does not.
Cox internet is horrible. It's unbelievable how many times a day it crashes for no reason. They are no help either. They just want to charge you more money to send someone out to fix it. Then they don't actually fix it.
