Prior ISP I had would provided the modem, then I would connect wireless or with a cable from the modem to laptop, tv, etc. Now Spectrum sells you the Internet service and provide the modem, but disabled the wireless feature and charge you extra if you want to connect wireless, what do they care how you connect, they turned the wireless feature into a fee, it's like buying a TV and ask the customer for a fee to allow them to change channels, ridiculous. Long wait times
Very busy. Long wait. Representative took his time to help my daughter whose phone was hacked.. he was patient informative and attentive to her. Was not rushed no question she asked was ignored.what he didn't know he directed us to who could help and follow up on why and how it happened.
