Charles and Brad were awesome to my wife and I when we were there Friday night and Saturday morning. They made our change over from Tmoble to Cox so easy and carefree. Impeccable customer service. I came in late on a Friday night and my transfer from my old phone to new was going to take 2.5 hours and it was 530 when Charles started. You guys close at 6.
