Very unprofessional. Went in because I moved. Router was having issues. Called they said to come in. Husband and I went in only to have a girl rudely interrupt her coworker telling us about their mobile service to ask where my husband worked and WHEN?? Asked him personal things that had nothing to do with Cox… Today, was told our service would be shut off. Just paid it???? Called the store 5 times to be hung up on and sent to voicemail. What’s the issue??
Very nice customer service
COX anymore SUCKS. Everytime I call to downgrade my service, my bill would go up. COX needs to know if someone wants to downgrade , this means the cost should be cheaper, NOT HIGHER. I went with another internet company and my bill is a hell of a lot cheaper, I'll never go back to COX.
