This is the worst cable company on the planet. The constant outages, the insane lying from every aspect of the company, the malpractice of fake fees. Recently the Internet has went out for longer than 8 hours, they told us over text that the net would be restored by 1:20am. It is now 9:00am with no word of progress, just another lie from cox. Customer service was excellent and we got what we needed with no problem. I would definitely recommend this store for service.

The worst internet company you will ever experience. Frequent outages, they don’t warn you about maintenance so you will probably get your internet shut off at random times at night (screw the nightowls) and god forbid you want to game or stream something after work, because your evening/nights will be ruined since you can’t even rely on the internet you pay for. But of course there’s almost no other options in Gainesville, so you just have to suck it up or pay an extra $75 for a technician to come out and find no issues.

The lady at the front was very disrespectful. I went in to get the modem for my internet service I was supposed to receive and she was clearly in a bad mood and not wanting to help me. I got nothing but attitude for wanting to get what I paid for. I’ll make sure I report her because people like that don’t need to be working with the general public.

Cox is Cox but the sales agent Sarah made the experience great. Some people just have a good spirit and she’s one. Thanks my girl. The world needs more people like you.
