They came out to fix a broken line. Took my modem and gave me an upgraded one, told me "if you get a message about returning equipment you can ignore it". When he left that day my internet wasn't even working, I had to chase him out to the highway so I didn't have to wait two more days for another appointment. Just went in to get my internet set up and Sarah made it super simple for us! She greeted us and I waited at most 30 seconds for service. She was super friendly and I loved her energy. We were out the door with our box in under 10 minutes! Much prefer going to a physical location to set up, than trying to get it done over the phone 🙏🏽

Came in with router issue, Christian got me in and out, in a professional , personable , very polite manner. Excellent store 10/10 Christian 11/10 , I do recommend.
