Damier was incredibly nice, and he was able to answer all my questions!
My internet was spotty for a long time and they tried to blame my equipment. I had to buy a new router a new modem and run a new cable all the way to the street connection to prove that the problem was not on my side. Finally after doing all that they relented and came out, did what they should have done to begin with and find the problem was indeed at the connection at the terminal on their end. As soon as we get fiber in the neighborhood I'll be jumping ship.
