Just moved to Virginia from Colorado and it was kind of a pain in the rear to set up the internet service because the person from the previous residents had not canceled their service. Took talking to three different people in order to get my service started but at last it was done
The ladies that work here are very rude
If there were 0 stars, I would give that. 3 days now with no internet, was supposed to be fixed today, now I was rescheduled for tomorrow. This company clearly doesn't care about keeping people's business. 😡😡
Cox is by far the worst internet I've had. There was a problem with my internet specifically in the area and they disconnected it with no notification and won't send anybody out for 2 days. 😡😡
