People were quick and nice. A lot more help than the website and the phone.
Service is terrible. The staff was kind in the store however when I set my internet up it would not work. I call the support team and they charge me over $100 for a technician to come out and the earliest appointment was two days later. Now I have to pay them money for a problem they cause and lose money from work because they can’t even come at a reasonable time. Would not recommend
Just moved to Virginia from Colorado and it was kind of a pain in the rear to set up the internet service because the person from the previous residents had not canceled their service. Took talking to three different people in order to get my service started but at last it was done
The ladies that work here are very rude
If there were 0 stars, I would give that. 3 days now with no internet, was supposed to be fixed today, now I was rescheduled for tomorrow. This company clearly doesn't care about keeping people's business. 😡😡
