It was good only waited 5 min to be seen and turned some of my equipment in due to Cox canceling their home Service. The Store seemed to be running smoothly.
Terrible customer service in the store and over the phone they tell you that the issue is fixed with your billing and still keep sending you a bill to a house you haven’t lived in over three months.
I’ve been trying to cancel my service since my apartment flooded in April, they have made it SO difficult and I regret using them because of the experience I’ve had with the cancellation alone. The internet was awful and the apartment complex I was at requires you to use Cox. ATT has been far better and I can work remotely without losing connection. Cox couldn’t keep up enough to stream security cameras.
