I agree with Jay Mason. COX makes it really difficult to cancel. A few months ago I canceled my service but was convinced to extend my account for two months in case I wanted to come back. I just found out that the COX Representative lied to me. It turns out they were going to start billing me at full rate after those two months. I basically found out by accident.
