The staff was not able to fix the problem I had connecting to the network, even with a new SIM Card. I do not blame the staff. It is apparently a problem with the new Cox network.

I spent $1,000 on cameras for Cox Homelife, and then, out of nowhere, they announced they were shutting down the service. They told me I’d be able to use the cameras with another company, but that turned out not to be true. Now I have $1,000 worth of equipment going to waste. Cox is a lousy company. Use IdeaTek instead.

Had to wait for 30-40 minutes to return a router, the woman next to me waited over an hour to ask a question, another man waited for 45 minutes to get help. Do not come here for any quick transaction no matter what it is.

Not really sure what happened, but I was charged for equipment I had already brought in years ago. They didn't resolve it after I came in.. Words are nothing to them.. money is everything.

Terrible experience start to finish. Would never recommend cox to anyone I care about, and have been pushing as many people towards Ideatek as I can. Truly horribly run company. Dropping them was the best part of moving. Edit: the last time I was told to email that address with my issue, I recieved zero response.
