Been with Cox for years!! Horrible internet service to be paying 189 dollars a month!!! Called everyday to have my modem reset!! Metronet came into my neighborhood for 80 dollars a month best move ever made!!! Went to cancel my internet and they give you the run around for over an hour!! Said we can drop your bill down to 70 dollars a month, but the service will still suck!!! If Metronet is in your area now make the switch you won’t regret it!!! Absolutely horrendous service, do not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the time and go with Starlink or Metronet. I wfh and have a family member whose medical device requires Internet connection, this company is wasting my time and my money everyday of their “service”. After dealing with a billing issue the staff at this store are here to help Ash who helped me with the issue had been fighting to get what i was promised which was $65 for 5 years. She promptly started working on it and being that it had been 2 weeks since i had heard anything and still no change she was quick to help and get my pricing back to where it was for me and my faith in Cox internet is restored. The team is friendly and helpful so thank you for helping
