Arrived at Cox with no appointment to get internet service and Tito was on it as soon as I walked through the door. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He asked me a few questions about what I’ll be using the service for and made solid recommendations that I went with and been satisfied ever since.
Went to pay a bill. So very streamlined & efficient. All others should take note.

Great experience. I had to drop off some equipment. They helped me know as soon as I went through the doors. The person who helped me scanned the equipment. I asked him if there was a balance and he said no and I was out in less than 5 minutes.
Very fast and easy here but spectrum has bought them out.
