My husband and I were very impressed with Cox Septic Cleaning! Our toilets were backing up and we called several local companies for pricing and scheduling on Sunday afternoon. We were told by most other companies that we could be scheduled sometime this week, unless we needed emergency service, which would cost extra. Do not use this company. Yes, they are nice in the beginning and the price is good. However, if you want professional service, take my advice and choose another company. After our installation, our tank was not filled with water as it should have been, nor were we told we needed to do that. after four days of rain, our entire Septic Tank popped up out of the ground, damaging one of the field lines. I was able to get the whole thing scheduled over text messaging as I didn’t think anyone would be around to take a call late Sunday evening. The crew was able to make it out in two days and get our tank pumped.
