I was able to get the whole thing scheduled over text messaging as I didn’t think anyone would be around to take a call late Sunday evening. The crew was able to make it out in two days and get our tank pumped.
Do not recommend at all!! We had sewage backing up in the bathrooms, and I called them. Their person came and "checked" the septic tank and said that the sewage back up was not because of the septic tank being full, and by checked, I mean they didn't even open the tank to see if it was full or not. Eventually after calling another, better septic cleaning place, we found out that the problem was actually in the septic tank because it was full.
