I had a few issues that developed with the pool we had installed in 2010 and after bringing these up with management at Cox Pools SE, they were very professional in their response to have these issues corrected. They are currently in the planning stage to refinish the stamped concrete deck. My final review will be added after completion of project. -Jon
I purchased an in-ground pool from this company in 2010. After numerous screw-ups and corrections the pool was completed and it turned out pretty nice despite several items that were never supplied after numerous requests. After one year there was a minimal amount of separation of the brick coping from the pool edge and has progressed significantly over the last few years where it now looks like the pool deck is compromised.
