Cox installed our 16x36 gunite pool and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Stephen ran the job and did an awesome job from start to finish. The job went smooth and just felt easy. You can tell Cox Pools take pride in their work. Honestly, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Great company
Cox pools is great! Showed up when they were supposed to, diagnosed and repaired what was wrong. Kind and professional services were provided in a timely manner for a good price.
Cox Pools always does a great job for me! I called them yesterday and discussed getting a new pump. John said that it would be installed for me at the latest by Monday of next week. Then, my pump died completely last night! It turned out that John got a team of people to my house with the pump this morning! The very next day after I called!! Great timing and service. They did an awesome job with the install and I'm all set.
Started off with a phone call with Dave. Sent the first tech Terrance who was very professional and extremely friendly . Day 2, a guy named John came and put in the chemicals that needed to be added to clear the pool. Extremely professional, and friendly as well . Came back the 3rd day and completed the job. Every day with a smile and great attitude. Knowledgeable and friendly, with a good attitude. Triple play. We would also like to thank John Matthews from Cox pools!! He has come to our home multiple times to make sure that our pool is looking absolutely wonderful! Our pool was so green and dirty just a week ago… And now it looks absolutely crystal clear blue ☀️and beautiful!
