Requested Cox to come inspect my pool light, which hasn’t worked since I purchased the home. The gentleman came out and found that a wire had been disconnected. He reconnected it at no charge. Excellent, honest service. Thank you!
I contacted Cox Pool Service after my former pool service company failed horribly. I had my former pool service for several years... always with the same outcome. Not showing up. Rude. Foul language. Algae year around. At times it look more like a swap than a pool. I would complain to the owner. His response was always "they said they were there to service your pool"...
