I had a great experience with Cox Pool Service and Repair. Joey came out to do a warranty replacement of my pool light, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Joey was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally. He also took the time to let me know that my other pool light already has water inside and will need to be replaced as well—and said he’ll be back to take care of it. I called 3 different companies out to repair my pool plus I had a pool service that's couldn't get the job done. The guys at COX came out and fixed my issue in last then 1min!!! I wish I was exaggerating or lying with the time frames. BUT the truth is the truth Friendly knowledgeable and fast Service company is highly recommended!!!!.
We’ve been using Cox Pool Services for almost 5 years and I can say nothing but praise! Not only are they consistent, efficient, and dependable, but they do the little things like always locking pool and backyard gates which is a big deal to any parent and/or pet owner.
