Absolute professional - attended an issue that was reported by Council. There was no issue and Council had it wrong. Didn't charge me for his time and was straight up with me on the outcome. Will 100% be using Cox Plumbing in the future and recommend to others.
Thanks to the professionalism of Andrew from Cox Plumbing in Kingaroy, our new Purtec Hybrid G7 water filtration system is installed. This system supplies treated rain water to every outlet in the house.... 2 stage filters plus UV light sanitizing for bacteria.... Saturday 5:30 we discovered the valve on our hot water system had failed and water was steaming out. While hubby raced to Bunnings for a part, I called Cox Plumbing and got Andrew, clearly doing the after hours shift. What a gem. After telling him the issue, he said, no worries, I’ll be there in 20min. Sure enough, this very happy and helpful plumber arrived and with hubby as the off sider, they fixed the problem. Another great job by Cox Plumbing and in particular Jarvis and his offsider Liam - wife really happy with the new mixer tap (happy wife - happy life). The new water filter installed on the supply line from the pumps makes a big difference.
