Saturday 5:30 we discovered the valve on our hot water system had failed and water was steaming out. While hubby raced to Bunnings for a part, I called Cox Plumbing and got Andrew, clearly doing the after hours shift. What a gem. After telling him the issue, he said, no worries, I’ll be there in 20min. Sure enough, this very happy and helpful plumber arrived and with hubby as the off sider, they fixed the problem. Another great job by Cox Plumbing and in particular Jarvis and his offsider Liam - wife really happy with the new mixer tap (happy wife - happy life). The new water filter installed on the supply line from the pumps makes a big difference.
