RecommendedI think my mom has had an account with Cox for all of my life and when I lived here, I used them as an adult. They have always been polite and professional, answering any questions we have ever had and even delivering meds for my mom after surgery.
I was treated rudely for trying to buy Sudafed. I offered my ID and they said I needed a prescription because I haven’t bought any prescription medicine in a couple of years. I told them I just don’t buy very much medicine but my children get there meds here and that they sell it at other pharmacies in town. He was glad to tell me to go to the other pharmacy and get it then. So that’s exactly what I did.
Wonderful folks especially Kelly!!! Thank you for always going beyond the call of duty. I appreciate Clay, Kathy & the entire staff. YOU are the best 😊
