Cox Needham has a new Embalmer and when we used them this past year my dad looked real good...if one that is deceased can look that way. For a long while the Embalmer at Cox Needham was someone who worked somewhere else and freelanced there, his work was not that good. I am happy to see they hired a full time Embalmer with such compassionate skills for the community of Pilot Mountain. I think his name is Leo or Neil

My husbands Aunt passed away yesterday there isnt a nicer group of people it didnt take them just a few minutes to pick her up..I love these people they have took care of his family I only have wonderful words for this Funeral Home Thank you
Its taken me this long to do this but felt it was necessary. My Mom, Beulah Ayers passed away on September 10th, 2008. Steve and the rest of the staff were absolutely a godsend to us. They handled everything with the love and respect that my Mom deserved. All of our requests were handled with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism.
When my Grandmother died they said that they would be here to pick up the body in 45 min to pick up the body and called back later and said they had still not left... It took 3 hours. She is still in the funeral home 1 week later, It is to much to handle 1 week after she has passed.
