It was 4 o’clock on May 2, 2024. So thank you Cox Mazda for taking me. I have been dealing with a “thumping” noise from the back bumper area for over a year. I had a hitch installed by U-Haul around that time. I am preparing for a trip and tried to fix it myself to no avail (duct tape, wire ties, super glue ). I brought it to my favorite mechanic shop and they couldn’t take me until days later. I know dealerships are more expensive but I also thought more knowledgeable.
