Coxs was a no show for a ride for myself and 2 relatives who have some difficulty walking, had to drive ourselves to Midway airport, could not contact them by phone as there was no answer and their message mailbox was full, no contact ever made by the company, had received a confirmation text 24 hours earlier. Never again.

We have used Cox Livery years ago & they are still around today. We used them again this past week to get my family to and from Midway, Same great service! Our Driver Debbie, showed up on time, even a bit early to get everything loaded up. We had a bit of a delay coming home, they keep an eye on the flights, when we called to let dispatch know we arrived & have our luggage, Debbie was back to pick us up, within minutes of calling. Everything went smoothly & much better for us to deal with driving & parking. Highly recommend ... read more
