5-Star Service!!!!! We used Cox Livery on 9/5 at 3:00 a.m., and Lou was our driver to the airport. He arrived 10 minutes early and was extremely professional. He is a very safe driver and has a wonderful personality. We used Cox Livery again on 9/12/26, and Lou was our driver once more. We were so happy to see him again! I highly recommend Cox Livery if you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly livery service. Thank you, Lou, for making our trips so enjoyable!

I cannot give any stars because that would mean it was ALL satisfactory. Our pick up was wonderful. Nice conversation, prompt service, helpful, and considerate of our family. The ride home from the airport was not the same. I will not use this company again unless I am promised that Bill will NOT be our driver. If at all possible, ask for Debbie every time!! Coxs was a no show for a ride for myself and 2 relatives who have some difficulty walking, had to drive ourselves to Midway airport, could not contact them by phone as there was no answer and their message mailbox was full, no contact ever made by the company, had received a confirmation text 24 hours earlier. Never again.
