I would absolutely not recommend this firm. While they are nice, they messed up several key components to successfully caring for my mom, including missing how the house was deeded so the will they made was powerless against it and the house still had to go through probate. When I tried to call and get it sorted, Mr. Cox told me he gives the clients whatever they want and they must have wanted this. What??? Paid for a quality lawyer but received inaccurate documents, delays and excuses from an unorganized paralegal. Terry Cox gave hollow words of apologies and when he asked for details to be emailed to him it was received and responded to by his paralegal. Terry never followed up or responded to the expressed concerns. I now have estate documents that feel useless because I no longer trust the lawyer I paid to assist me in these matters.
