Paid for a quality lawyer but received inaccurate documents, delays and excuses from an unorganized paralegal. Terry Cox gave hollow words of apologies and when he asked for details to be emailed to him it was received and responded to by his paralegal. Terry never followed up or responded to the expressed concerns. I now have estate documents that feel useless because I no longer trust the lawyer I paid to assist me in these matters.
