We had such a wonderful experience at Valley Animal Hospital! The doctor and all of the assistants were incredibly caring, gentle, and sweet with our cat, Choco. They took the time to explain everything in detail, including what they were doing during his checkup and vaccinations, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. You can truly tell that they love animals and genuinely care about their patients. Great staff! From the front office to the vets, they are always ready to answer questions and are happy to help. I'm a first time cat owner and I am so pleased with how knowledgeable they are with cats. I feel confident bringing my two babies in (I also have a dog) and they are always so nice to them. Thank you VAH staff.
They communicate well through phone, text or email (or all, if you requeat) about your pet's situation. They try to get my pet in at short notice if it's an urgent matter. The vets sound professional.
