On the November 22, 2024, Friday at 6 PM I called to renewal my medication for my puppy Duke. I was calling all day and finally had a chance to talk to someone at the other end. I told her that my puppy was still sick. I called to get more medication. She said that it was no problem but the doctor was not going to be in until Monday. I said ok. I can wait. Valley Animal Hospital always does an excellent job taking care of my dog, Wasabi. They are kind and very professional.
This animal hospital is the best and most consistent place we’ve ever taken our dog to. Dr. Bowers is so amazing, we trust her completely with our dog Banana. She is so patient and thorough in examining Banana, unlike other vets we’ve been to where they rush through the appointment because they’re so overbooked and get upset with her when she’s feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
