Dr Cox is very knowledgeable, thorough and passionate! I highly recommend him!
My husband has been in the hospital for blood clots in his lungs twice in the past 2 months. Our primary care doctor has referred us to Dr cox. We have been waiting and waiting and waiting on an appointment just to get it scheduled. Brandi the office personnel keeps giving us excuse after excuse after excuse as to why she cannot schedule it. First she needs X-ray or scans which they have at the hospital then she needs a referral that they already had now she said she told us she needs a breathing test which she has not told ... read more
This review is disheartening Dr John Cox is a wonderful doctor, but the receptionist we encountered this morning was obviously not in a good mood it was clearly visible. Never felt no humiliated by her attitude. Mom had a schedule dr appt 8:45 we were there early just to be told the appt was canceled. Her explanation was we tried to call to notified. We never got the call. That’s all fine, it was her attitude. Never encountered such distastefulness! Very disheartening.
