Small town hardware store little bit of everything good customer service.
Not impressed. I went into the store looking for a part for a shovel and I was told that the person who could look up the part number and order it was not in. I was handed a piece of paper to write down my contact information and the information for the part I needed. I was told the person would get back to me the next day. It's been a few days now and nothing. I thought it was strange the cashier folded the sheet of paper I gave back to him into a small square, no doubt the piece of paper back was tossed into the waste bask... read more
