Excellent experience from scheduling to completion. The dryer vent cleaning was done thoroughly, and the technician took the time to explain how lint buildup can affect performance and safety. I honestly didn't think dryer vent cleaning was necessary until my neighbor had a scare with a dryer fire. I hired this company to come out and inspect ours. The technician used a camera to inspect the line, and we could see significant lint buildup around the elbows of the pipe. He used a high-pressure air whip tool to clean it out without damaging the ductwork. The difference in performance is night and day. The dryer is much quieter, and the clothes dry so much faster.
