When I first started going it was great. At this point, I can't even talk to my doctor. I also can't get in to see her for more than a month even though I am experencing symptoms that make it difficult to work. Changing doctors!
Long story short, dont try to establish care here right now. I made an appointment to establish care 4 months ago and got a call just now at 8:46 am, for a 10am appointment for which I was told to arrive 30 minutes early. They told me the physician I booked with hasn't been taking new patients and there was an issue with their scheduling software. Clinic is nice and in a convenient location but scheduling is a nightmare if you want a same day appointment and the providers are always running at least an hour behind.
Worst place, toxic environment, will be seeing different provider. cox is the worst.
Did not give notice of my primary leaving ,no letter no phone call ,No email.Cant get on the phone line with any representative to cancel,reschedule nor any reasonable service .Unlikable
