On December 31st at 4:15pm I walked into this clinic with my 3 y/o daughter passed out on my shoulder with blood all over her and myself from her nose. She had been jumping on cushions that were stored in our barn and fell off onto her forehead/nose and face. I said that she needed to see a doctor and our insurance is CoxHealth so I came here. I love the Dr's there, but they have some new workers in the reception area that are going to run everyone off. I have gone there for 10 years. I scheduled my appointment and the lady (Sherri) put me down for the wrong day and I was told by the other lady working with there I could cancel my appointment and go elsewhere. After my angst, they got me in with a DIFFERENT FNP. Never have I been treated so rudely by receptionists.
