Formerly known as the Myriad Convention Center, Cox Convention Center is a premier event venue inOklahoma City. Aside from being the home rink of the Blazers hockey team and the home arena of the Wranglers arena football team, this newly renovated center is the place to see great concerts, basketball tournaments, and conventions. Plus there are brand-new banquet rooms for smaller meetings and events. The location, right in the heart of downtown and a short walk to Bricktown is perfect.

RecommendedBig arena area to have graduations on or concerts
Friendly staff and great location, plenty of dining and entertainment options within a short walk. If you’re planning to stay downtown for a conference, you won’t even need a rental car with all the close options.
I do NOT recommend the parking at the Cox Convention Center. My car’s window was busted out and I had personal items stolen. I was not the only one that night. Other cars around me were victims as well. The concert and the Chesapeake Arena were great but I will not be back to the Chesapeake Arena because I do not feel safe due to nearby parking. My daughter, who is 3, and I attended a Lego show here and sat in the hallway on the floor for a rest as there were no benches. We were bitten by some kind of pest. The bites were very red and extremely itchy, lasting for a whole week. Nothing like mosquito bites at all. It was terrible, neither of us could sleep well.
Bathrooms were clean and staff were helpful.
except the seats are very airplane-esque...
It was comfortable and cool.
We enjoyed using this facility today. The coffee was brewing, trash cans were emptied, and bathrooms cleaned all day long.
