Finding our seating was fine. We walked to the center from another parking area, so parking wasn’t an issue. The will call lines were insanely unorganized and entirely too long of a wait. It was more like a big blob of people trying to figure out where to go. The arena was also hot, and ordering from the concession stand took forever as well. Great venue, parking was very inexpensive $10 a day attached to the center, just take the elevator upstairs and you are inside the Cox Center ! Prices for snacks I thought was a bit high $4.50 for a bottle of soda
Had a security guard go all transphobic on me, and the security and police in general, in my opinion, acted like dicks. Zero stars!
The Cox center is nice but the parking is horrible. Apparently if there is a thunder game they will block off the parking garages early and you have no where to park. So other events don’t matter. Downtown OKC is a mess to navigate with no signs telling you were you can go or aternative parking if your out of town.
Want to praise a lady named Sandra who works there in the evening! She saved us twice! Gave us a ride, got us unlost and found our keys! We were at the cheer competition this weekend. This lady needs a medal! Big thanks to her!
