We ordered a Sunsetter awning through this company and were told it would take 4 weeks for delivery. We are now at 7 weeks and still don't have it. Not to mention, they are not even installing it. All they had to do was get it to us and we are going to put it up. No reconciliation has been made to aid this issue. You would think they would offer to do the install given how long it's taken to get the item. Very disappointed.
