Literally a joke... These guys DON'T know low voltage.
I have known Randy for years, he might not tell you what you want to hear, but at least you know you are getting the information you need to hear. Great guy and knows his stuff for sure
Beware of anything they quote you. The guys who came out to quote and perform the work were just fine. But when it comes to billing they attempted to charge 30% more than the quote. Then acted like they were doing me a favor by dropping down to just 10% or so over their quote. After talking to one other company who used Cox they had the same issue of Cox not honoring their quoted price for the work.
