They disconnected my WiFi five days earlier than I requested which meant I did not have service during my moving days. They wanted me to pay a charge to reconnect. Cox Communications – Warner Robins, GA I had an absolutely terrible experience with Cox Communications, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to run while you can. From the very beginning, Cox provided me with a faulty modem, which they failed to identify as the root cause of my issues for months. absolutely no customer or internet service or support is
I have been a customer for 30 years. We recently setup service at our new home. Signed up for the 55 per month plan for internet only. I have spent 5 hours and 42 minutes on chat sesions trying to explain we didn't sign up for the unlimited plan, we want the base plan. After waisting so much time and to be treated like we don't matter, off I go to another company who at least pretends to care.
