I have been a customer for 30 years. We recently setup service at our new home. Signed up for the 55 per month plan for internet only. I have spent 5 hours and 42 minutes on chat sesions trying to explain we didn't sign up for the unlimited plan, we want the base plan. After waisting so much time and to be treated like we don't matter, off I go to another company who at least pretends to care.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently moved from Miami to Las Vegas and chose Cox Communications for my internet service, signing up for their advertised 1 Gbps speed at $95/month. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. From the start, I was not receiving the promised speed. After contacting Cox, a technician discovered that the router installed was incorrect and incapable of delivering high speeds, so he replaced it.
