Cox did not make it simple to cancel the account for the house my dad was renting when he died. They repeatedly tried to make a family member of the deceased sign a contract in order to stop the service. When sorting out my dad’s finances, I found he had been paying for 2 accounts: nearly $300 a month for his rental and $200 a month for a house he had lived in briefly 3 years ago. No phone number for Cox Communications corporate office. I have been a customer for 35 years and have all services. Have had 3 service calls since Friday (it is Wednesday) with 4th appointment tomorrow (Thursday). As best I know, all hardware and inside & outside cables have been replaced. Still issues with all my services. My phone calls end up with another appointment and I don't have any other higher customer representative number to finally resolve my connection problems will be looking for other providers.
