Been without internet for over a week. Technician has rescheduled on me twice. Highly disappointed. Not a good first service experience at all.
A 1-STAR IS TOO MUCH. Their customer support and escalation department DO NOT HELP you. Cox Communications is good about supporting you to make your payments or auto payments so they get your money. However, when it comes to helping you and especially the escalation department, then they DON’T WANT YOU TO ASSIST YOU! No one wants to help you. Technician came to my house and unhooked my neighbors and my internet because he felt like it. We are paid up fully. This is malicious practice on an Air Force base.
Never ever use this company. My mother got put in hospice and I tried every way I knew to close her account and they just won’t let me. I’ve got the passwords everything. They keep saying go to a store, but there is not one within a few hours of me. Absolutely criminal behavior to try to keep your account open.
