2/5/26: Wyatt Stauffer was awesome to work with on our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we recently had in to have serviced. Professional, polite, communicative, and friendly. Hope all customers have the same experience with the rest of the service department!

Extremely rude parts guy poor customer service . Didn’t he’s name but not helpful
Went in and has safety inspection and fuel filters replaced. Anthony and the whole service staff is great. The big advantage with this dealership is if something is wrong they will fix in my experience.
Parts was on order for 3 weeks. No one called to let us know when they was in. Also we have the extra warranty.....they was trying to charge us a deductible.....I had to find my paper and text a picture of where it said NO DEDUCTIBLE! You would think they would know!
